OUR LATE HARVEST AND NOBLE GRAPES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Produced only during exceptional vintages, they are over-ripe grapes that are collected at the start of the first autumn frosts. The development of noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea) encourages the concentration of aromas and sugar. Our noble grapes are carefully selected after several screenings of grapes affected by noble rot.<\/p>\n

RIESLING <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Late Harvest<\/strong>
\nMellow wine with a yellow colour and a strong personality that reveals fine and complex aromas of citrus fruits.<\/p>\n

In the mouth, this wine is powerful and persistent.<\/p>\n

Best served well-chilled as an aperitif or with fish, lobster and accompanied with rich sweet-and-sour sauces.<\/p>\n

PINOT GRIS<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Late Harvest<\/strong>
\nMellow wine with a yellow colour and smoked aromas of dry fruits, accompanied by notes of quinces and marinated apricots.<\/p>\n

On the palate, this wine is supple with a smooth touch.<\/p>\n

Best served well-chilled as an aperitif with foie gras or with a dessert.<\/p>\n

Best served well-chilled as an aperitif with foie gras or with a dessert.<\/p>\n

Noble Grapes<\/strong>
\nGreat sweet wine with a straw-yellow colour and aromas of dry fruits and honey, which slowly evolves into a rich dense and elegant body on the palate.<\/p>\n

The length in the mouth is exceptional and complex.<\/p>\n

Best served as an aperitif with foie gras, with a dessert and outside meal times in a convivial atmosphere!<\/p>\n
