Originating from various hillside soils, which wonderfully unveil the character and aromas of the grapes, these wines are easily appreciated and are best consumed within 5 years.

 

SYLVANER

Dry, fresh, light and subtly fruity. Generally consumed with simple meals, appetizers, delicatessen meats, fish and shellfish.

PINOT BLANC

Delicately dry, it is a blend of freshness and suppleness marked by the scent of white flowers.

Lively and well-balanced, this wine can be served whenever a good white wine is needed.

RIESLING

A dry wine with a distinguished and delicate fruity taste, blended with the aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits.

It is the finest of Alsatian wines, which can be served with a wide variety of refined dishes.

Outstanding with fish, shellfish, seafood, cold appetizers and sauerkraut.

PINOT GRIS

A dry, smooth and supple wine with a smoky, fruity and earthy nose.

It goes perfectly with white or delicatessen meats and can even be served as an aperitif.

MUSCAT

Delicate, dry and fruity with a hint of grape and citrus fruits.

Full of body, it is an excellent aperitif.

Served with savoury or lightly sweet dishes, as well as asparagus and smoked fish.

GEWURZTRALINER

A supple medium-dry wine with aromas of flowers, spices and exotic fruits.

It is a well-balanced wine with a marvellous structure.

Can be served as an aperitif, with spicy or sweet-and-sour dishes, cheeses, desserts and between meals.

ROSÉ D’ALSACE

A dry, fresh, light, fruity and lively wine with hints of red berries.

Served as an aperitif and goes well with fish, barbecue, meats and salads.

PINOT NOIR

A dry and light red wine, deliciously fruity with hints of red berries.

Livens up dishes, roasts, game meats and cheeses.
